It's bad enough that the singular word "woman" has to contain the word "man", but many people have wondered how the word for many females came to be spelled "women", when it's pronounced "wimmin". We aren't the ones who started the movement to get that incongruity corrected, but we are happy to help speed it along.
        On this webpage, we won't presume to change the quotations of text written by others in the past. However, whevever we are the authors of the words being published here, we will make it a point to spell the word for many female human beings "wimmin".
        When the idea of creating this page first came to me, I thought the title could be "Thank-God-for-WOMEN.org". Wouldn't you know that a clergyMAN would want to give the credit for the marvel of WOMANkind to an all-MALE father and son tag-team! Fortunately, however, I had the good sense to give the matter more thought, and to come up with a more appropriate title! Actually, there are so many wimmin, and so many differences among them that we could hardly do them justice with ONE webpage. So we have TWO to offer them and their feminist allies! (LOL)

After all, I am just a man! As the founder of "Liberals like Christ,Inc, and the author not only of LiberalsLikeChrist.org, but of some 18 other websites about the collision between politics and religion in America as well, I am doing my best to offset in my ONE lifetime the wrongs that "mankind" and "God's work" have been inflicting on wimmen, and the world in general, since the world began.
        The two choices that I am offering to wimmin and their male allies are:

a) contributions of the Secular world
                                to wimmin's equality  vs.

b) contributions of the Faith community
                  to wimmin's equality
